Printed Distance Learning Modality and Teaching Strategies in English in the New Normal

This qualitative study utilized the narrative approach to determine advantages and disadvantages of printed modular distance learning in terms lesson preparation assessment students’ outputs based on experiences six teachers a public elementary school Negros Occidental School Year 2021-2022, strategies they employed outputs, insights gained into their when engaged modality. The findings reveal following: (a) Modules are readily available for only advantage preparation; (b) Students’ well-thought-out outputs; (c) Lessons inappropriate is delayed (d) authenticity dubitable disadvantage learning; (e) Be creative flexible by (f) Verify strategy (g) Flexibility creativity may make easy (h) Time management appropriate tools facilitate outputs. were able prepare lessons assess despite drawbacks with effective strategies.
